Project information: the files, descriptions and specifications you supply for an order.
Technical data: limited, non-identifying information about your visit (see our cookie policy).
To handle your quote request and communicate with you about your project.

To comply with legal obligations (e.g. accounting and tax).
We process your data based on the performance of a contract (or steps towards it at your request), our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry, and where applicable a legal obligation.
No longer than necessary. Quote requests that do not lead to an order are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Data linked to a completed order is kept for as long as the statutory (accounting) retention period requires.
We never sell your data. We only share it with service providers needed to carry out the order (e.g. a courier for delivery) or where the law requires it.
We treat your supplied files confidentially and use them only for your order. A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available on request.
Only with your consent does our webshop share data about your visit and purchase (pages viewed, basket, amount) with Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. to measure our ads. More in our cookie policy.
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port your data, and the right to object to processing.
