These terms and conditions apply to every quote, order and agreement with EMBODY³ (Pabiness BV), unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days, unless stated otherwise.
Prices are in euro. For consumers, prices include VAT; for business clients, prices are stated excluding VAT, unless indicated otherwise.
An agreement is formed when you accept a quote in writing (e.g. by e-mail).
You are responsible for the accuracy of the files and information supplied. We perform a reasonable feasibility check but are not liable for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete supply.
You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to the supplied designs and that production does not infringe third-party rights.
Payment is made as stated on the quote or invoice. For larger orders an advance may be requested.
For private (consumer) clients, payment is due after acceptance of the quote and before delivery. For business clients, invoices are payable within 30 days. Late payment may incur statutory interest and costs.
Stated delivery times are indicative and pursued to the best of our ability. An overrun gives no right to compensation or termination, save mandatory legislation to the contrary.

Delivered goods remain the property of Pabiness BV until full payment of the price and any costs.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Belgian law applies to every agreement. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district where Pabiness BV has its registered office.
