Supports
Definition
Supports are temporary props a 3D printer prints under overhanging parts that would otherwise hang in mid-air. After printing you break or remove them.
A smart design or the right orientation on the print bed limits the number of supports, and so the cleanup and the risk of damage. On a print job we work that orientation out for you.
